The following is a brief summary of the key steps integral to joining TriState Medical Insurance Company RRG (TriMed):

• Select a TriMed Broker in your geographical area
• Complete in full the required individual physician application with the assistance of your Key Broker. Be sure to provide a complete claims history from past and current carriers for the previous seven (7) years.
• Arrange funding for your surplus contribution with the assistance of your Key Broker.
• Arrange for TriMed's Risk Assessment Team to visit your site(s) if large multi-specialty group or high risk specialty
• Provide any additional information required by TriMed's Underwriting Department
• Complete, sign and return TriMed's Subscriber Agreement and Power of Attorney
• Complete and sign TriMed's Surplus Subscription Agreement and send it along with a check for the required surplus contribution
• If the group is approved by TriMed's Underwriting Department, pay the required premium invoice
